Adel Ben Mnaouer. Pr Ben Maneour is the Chair of the 2023 IEEE International Conference on Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. He received his BSc degree in Computer Science from the “Ecole Supérieure des communications (SUP’COM) of Tunisia in 1985 and the MEng and PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Fukui and from Yokohama National University, Japan, in 1993 and 1997 respectively. Tarek Hajri. Mr Tarek Hajri is CEO and Co-founder of VegaWallet, a technology company specialized in crypotocurrency based payment solutions based in the USA. He is highly accomplished and dynamic executive with a proven record of managing information-systems, infrastructure, information-technology R&D, projects overseeing up to $100MM in program budgets. Dr. Khalil Amiri is co-founder and Provost of MUST University. He was formerly CEO of KPI Associates, a research and consulting firm, specializing in strategy, digital transformation, and higher education quality assurance. Before founding KPI Associates, Dr served as Professor and Dean of the Mediterranean Institute of Technology, and lecturer at Imperial College London. Prior to that, he held various positions within the R&D laboratories of Hewlett-Packard, IBM New York, IBM Toronto, and Credit Suisse, London. Read more.
