Professional Certification Programs
Course Description
Professional documents include project reports, executive summaries, and project or grant proposals. They require more than correct language and elegant style. The organization of the document and the structure of the story it narrates must be carefully designed so that the document is convincing. This requires a good understanding of the audience, the organizations and decision-makers to which the document is addressed, and in particular the key questions they expect the document to answer and the criteria they use to evaluate the proposal.
